Office Administrator/Proctor needed for Fremont, Santa Clara, Morgan Hill and Tustin, CA.
Hours: Full time or Part time
Start Date: January 15th 2016
- Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have at least 40 wpm typing speed
- Must have strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to do work independently
- Must have prior customer service skills
- Ability to set and maintain deadlines, work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Must be a team player who is able to act independently with minimal supervision
- Answer phone and respond to e-mails in a timely and professional manner.
Required Education and other skills
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required. A college degree is a preferred, but not required.
- Must have authorization work permit.
- Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared
- Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
